We bought our Immulite 2000 from JM Scientific in August 2019. As a startup research and development lab, Jason walked us through training, validation, and various troubleshooting incidence over the past few years. He is always available by cell phone, including evenings and weekends (and one unfortunate Thanksgiving Day). As an R&D lab, we do not always know how much testing will be needed, it usually depends on the results we get. I could not tell you how many times Jason has had kits on hand and drove them to me or overnighted for me. He became our supplies for nitrile gloves and pipette tips during the beginning of the covid quarantine, when suddenly high demand caused backorders and were impossible to find. I always joke with Jason that he has saved me again when, several times, he is able to provide an assay kit on demand. Jason’s technical expertise, fair prices, and commitment to providing for his customers have earned him long time customers with my company.
